Option 1 - Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Binh Pagoda - Trang An - Hanoi - Night train to Lao Cai (L)

8h00: Our tour guide and car pick up at your address to depart for the tour to Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang an eco-tourism.
10:20: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.
12h00: Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel.
13:00 Depart to visit Trang an eco-tourism, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou, Sinh Cave, Si Cave…etc.
16:00: Getting on the car return to Hanoi.
18:30: Back to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and take a fresh shower. You have dinner by yourself.
20:30: Pick up at your hotel then transfer to the station for a night train to Lao Cai.

Option 2 - Day 1: Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Hanoi - Night train to Sapa (L)

8.00 pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to Ninh Binh. After 2, 5 hours driving southward, we arrival Tam Coc wharf, get on the boat row while this area is still not busy, we will enjoy nice and quiet riding long river through 3 tunn southward, we arrival Tam Coc wharf, get on the boat row while this area is still not busy, we will enjoy nice and quiet riding long river through 3 tunnel cave, consisting of the Hang Ca, Hang Hai and Hang Ba grottoes. These caves are adorned with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites of different shapes and colors that sparkle like gemstones. After 2 hours boat ride we get back on the shore, have lunch in local restaurant close by, afterwards we will go to visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital with 2 temples of the Kings Dinh and Le before heading back to Hanoi.

18:30: Back to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and take a fresh shower. You have dinner by yourself.

20:30: Pick up at your hotel then transfer to the station for a night train to Lao Cai.

Tam Coc - Ninh Binh

Day 2: Laocai - Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai (B, L, D)

5:00am: Pick up at Lao Cai train station to Sa Pa by minibus. Arrive in Sa Pa in the mid-morning, then have breakfast and relax at hotel, after that the guide takes you to Cat Cat which is a small but bustling village situated at the foot of Fansipan Mountain. Here you will see traditional Hmong homes at their best, and you will be able to meet a Hmong family to learn more about their way of life. The village is also the perfect place to see traditional clothing being made, hemp being dyed and women weaving. From Cat Cat we will follow the Muong Hoa Valley for 3km through rice terraces and small dwellings to Sin Chai. This village is a little off the usual trekking route and less visited, but offers the opportunity to see traditional wooden homes built using the indigenous Pumu tree. Transport will be waiting in Sin Chai to take you back to Sapa. Overnight at hotel in Sapa

Day 3: Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Night train back Hanoi (B, L, D)

Wake up early to enjoy the dawn in the village. Have breakfast and start the day with a trek down the the valley to see the hanging bridge, Muong Hoa river and Waterfall. Next, we trek up the hill and through the rice terrace fields of the Black Hmong villages of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai. Near the river bank, we take a rest and have a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we continue walking to Ta Van village of the Giay people. You will have a chance to find out the differences of culture and costumes between the Black Hmong and Giay minorities. To day we walk about 12 km. Our car will be waiting for you near the hanging bridge and will send you back to Sapa town. Bus to Lao Cai railway. Overnight on train.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Arrive in Hanoi, pick up and transfer to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. You will have a breakfast before picked up to Halong bay

08h00 – 08h30 Pick-up at hotel and start the scenic, 3 and ½ hour drive to Halong Bay.
12h30 – 13h00 Embark on Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h30 – 14h30 Savor a delectable lunch as cruises among the limestone islands.
14h30 – 15h30 Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.
15h30 – 16h30  Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Drum Cave area.
16h30 – 17h30 Return to the main boat and continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.
17h30 – 19h00 Enjoy Sunset Party on sundeck and admire the best moments of the day when the sun starts to set.
19h00 Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, take part in board games, fish for squid, or just laze around.
Overnight on board.

Tai Chi exercises

Day 5: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L)

06h30 – 07h30  Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
07h30- 08h30Have breakfast on board and enjoy the peaceful morning of Halong Bay.
08h30 – 09h30 Cruising to Titov island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
09h30  Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 – 10h30  Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30  While heading back to the harbor, watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the Cooking Class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h30 – 13h00  Transfer back to Hanoi. Trip finishes at around 17h00. Tour ends.
