Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Today you’ll land in Hanoi. Warmly welcome by Asia Charm Tours at airport then transfer to Hanoi Downtown, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards, public parks, and the capital of Vietnam. Check into your hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi Sightseeing full day - Night train to Sapa (B, L)
Today, we will take a full-day city tour to view closely the city. The first destination is Ho Chi Minh complex, including his Mausoleum, house on stilt, pond and garden . Keep forward to the peaceful Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam. Lunch will be served at a local Vietnamese restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will be taken to visit Ethnologic museum which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam. Back to the city central, visit Ngoc Son temple and Hoan Kiem Lake. You will attend unique water puppet show before finishing the interesting day.
21:00: Our guide will pick you up for the night train to Sapa.
Day 3: Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B,L,D)
At 5.00am, arrival in Lao Cao station. We will pick you up at Lao Cai railway station by van, to take you to the township of Sapa which takes approx one hour arriving at.
After breakfast and a morning shower, start the first 6km of walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue on 2km of trekking down to Lao Chai village of the H’mong. Lunch at a local family, and then walk through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people where we stay for the night. It gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes.

Day 4: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa - Night train to Hanoi (B,L,D)
Enjoy mountainous landscape with your sunrise coffee, then enjoy a delicious breakfast ready to trek through bamboo forests towards Giang Ta Chai waterfall, cross over a rattan suspension bridge and enter into Giang Ta Chai village which is inhabited by the Red Zao minorities. Here we will experience their daily life then cross over the Muong Hoa River up the mountain to visit Supan village of the H’mong people. We then take the bus back to Sapa. Take a fresh shower in our hotel in Sapa.
At 17.00, going to Lao Cao station and going back to Hanoi on a night train. Overnight on the train.
Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay and Stay overnight on Board. (B, L, D)
Around 5:30am; you arrive Hanoi. Our guide will pcik you up and take to our hotel for shower and breakfast.
8:00-8:30am we’ll drive from Hanoi to one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world, Halong Bay. Covering 577 square miles, this vast bay is filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. We’ll spend a day and a half, including an overnight with dinner and breakfast onboard, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. Comfortable and intimate, your boat features hand-crafted wooden interiors including a dining room and pleasant air-conditioned cabins with private baths. Since we’re overnight on the water, we’ll be able to explore Ha Long Bay’s most beautiful spots with time to swim and even visit some of the largest rock formations and caves. Day 6: Halong Bay Cruise - Hanoi - Flight to Hue. (B, L)
Rising to the sound of lapping bay waters, we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, explore Sung Sot cave, swim and relax. Cruises back to the jetty while brunch is served while you are cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Cruise check-out. Cruise check-out. Transfer to Hanoi. Then, transfer to the airport for flight to Hue. Overnight in Hue.
Day 7: Full day sightseeing in Hue City - Old Imperial City. (B, L)
Spend full day to visit Hue City, Vietnam's political capital from 1802 to 1945 under the 13 emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty. Traditionally, the city has been one of Vietnam's cultural, religious and educational centers. Visit the Imperial City, which is located in the Citadel. Explore the Thai Hoa Palace, with its spacious hall and ornate roof of huge timbers supported by 80 carved and lacquered columns. See the Halls of the Mandarins, the Nine Dynastic Urns and the site where the Forbidden Purple City once stood. Overnight in Hue City. Continue to visit tombs of King Minh Mang and Khai Dinh and learn about their life. Then, take boat on the Perfume River and visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Around 17:00, we will take you to your hotel then transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 8: Hoi An Excursion - My Son Sanctuary. (B, L)
This morning, we will drive to visit My Son where was an imperial city during the Cham dynasty. My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. You can admire ancient architecture of temples and towers connected to each other with complicated red brick. In 1999, UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site
Afternoon, we will start walking tour around the ancient town to visit Japanese Covered Bridge, Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, Cantonese congregation, silk street of Hoi An, temples and pagodas of Chinese appearance. Overnight in Hoi An Check in hotel & overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Hoi An Free Time - Flight to Ho Chi Minh (B)
Morning, your leisure time for exploring the ancient town yourself or get a coffee to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the town. Afternoon, transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 10: Saigon/City Sightseeing - Cu Chi Tunnels. (B, L)
Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel.
AM: HCM City
We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum.
PM: Cu Chi Tunnels
Located 60km from HCMC, Cu Chi is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens.
Start our tour, before entering the tunnels visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. You will spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war). Return to Sai Gon. Then, transfer you back to your hotel for overnight. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 11: HCM – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (B, L)
Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields. On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through fruit plantations and villages. Back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 12: Conclude Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City. (B)
