Tuan Chau Marina named Vietnam’s largest artificial port
Tuan Chau Marina in the northern province of Quang Ninh officially becomes the largest artificial port in Vietnam as of August 4.
This was announced at a ceremony to receive the Guinness certificate for Vietnam’s largest Tuan Chau artificial marina – Ha Long Bay held in Quang Ninh province on August 4.
After receiving Vietnam Guinness Record, Tuan Chau group plans to register for the Asian Record and Guiness World Records certificates.
Tuan Chau Group President Dao Hong Tuyen said that this is a breakthrough to further promote Ha Long Bay as aheritage and new natural wonder of the world.
Tuyen said that the group will also seek Vietnamese records such as Vietnam’s largest water music stage and longest artificial beach to register for Asian and World Records.
The same day, Tuan Chau group and LienViet Post Bank signed a comprehensive cooperative agreement under which LienViet Post Bank has pledged to sponsor VND10,000 billion for Tuan Chau group.
