Hi Linda,
We did not get to thank you personally on 13th Dec before embarking to Siem Reap.
Anyway our families would like to extend our deepest appreciation to you and your team for the arrangements and help throughout our holiday in Hanoi, Sapa and Ha Long bay.
Our holidays have indeed been made more pleasant and memorable by your fantastic team.
Although we did not get their names except for Wan (who took us shopping), your desk staff for the night shift, the bell boy and the two ladies all deserve mention being ever ready to walk the extra mile to help. Such traits are truly on par with hotels of higher ratings, if not better. We certainly experienced the warmth and close knit family feeling.
Once again, thank you and do convey our thanks to your staff for us.
