I am very sorry about the length of time it has taken to me reply. The tour with you was very amazing and I would like to thank all of your staff for the great experience that my friends and myself had while we were away. I have completed answers to the questions below:
1. I thought the itinerary was very good. I liked the mix of people we met, both locals and other tourists at the homestay. I would highly recommend to others to do the 2night tour not just the 1night as we got the chance to see much more of the landscape and the culture. As we were offered the options of a group or individual tour and we chose the group, it was great the way the tour was organised so that we got to meet people. The free time at the end of our first day was a good way to let people in the group tour get to know each other better and again the time we had after dinner. It was also lucky for us that we got to have the 2nd half of the 2nd day and the third day just the four of us with Lala (our tour guide) as we got to share stories and experiences with her that was not possible as a large group. In this sense it would be awesome if there was an option for one day group tour and one day solo. The range of activities we got to do within the short time frame of 3days was incredible!
2.We were very satisfied with our tour guide Lala and her skills in English. She was very funny and kind and we learnt some great things about her from stories that she told us.
3. Lala had very good English skills and shared lots of information as well as having the ability to answer a lot of questions that we asked her, not all of them easy or straight forward.
4. The quality of the accommodation was very good. It was nice to share a room with all of the other tourists/backpackers on the first night. Although the quality was very good, it was not as homestay like as we were expecting. It would have been nice to have a room closer to what the locals have and shared more experiences with them at their home.
6. The restaurant and menu was very good. It was nice to have such fresh and delicious food that was always warm and just ready to be eaten. It would have been nice to eat with the locals though.
7. The driver was also very good.
8. The overall experience of Asia Charm Tour would be 10/10!! It was a great tour and company with really good organisation. I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants to undergo a tour in sapa. Soon when I get the chance, I would like to share some of these experiences with a review on trip advisor.
