“North to South Vietnam – Fantastic”
Found Asia Charm Tours via the internet while searching for a tour that covers Sapa and HaLong Bay. My email was promptly answered by Linda as were all the following emails. Linda’s promptness, informative answers and obvious desire to truly help prompted me to extend the tour to include other places in Vietnam and create a “customized tour”. In addition, the number of people in our group kept growing and changing daily but this was no problem with Linda who was patient with each question and request. Overall, Linda was fantastic and the trip proved to be just as wonderful. We had great guides, the food was amazing and the hotels were great. Unfortunately, we hit a monsoon during our trip but Linda was quick to inform us of this and promptly offered us different options. Throughout our trip she was flexible and always available for assistance. The whole group had a most enjoyable trip and saw some very beautiful and awesome places in VN and it was such a relief to have Asia Charm Tours take care of us all and allow us to enjoy our vacation without the worries. We even had a special welcome dinner and their local rep Jenny showed up to welcome us all. She too was totally professional and friendly and made us all feel welcomed. I would definitely travel with them again and will definitely recommend this company to all my friends. Well done Asia Charm Tours, all the wonderful guides and Linda! Thanks for doing such a fantastic job.
