I contacted Asia Charm Tours because I had 5 days left of my holiday and 2 places I wanted to experience. I had no idea how I was going to fit them both in. So I wrote an email explaining I was with my mum (78yo) and that I wanted to see Halong Bay and Sapa. I received an email from Linda with an itinerary, fitting everything in. It was going to be high paced but we were going to see it all. Well Linda delivered. She also answered every question I had, nothing was any trouble. Linda assisted in helping to book partial days and showering in between activities where we had no room booked. She assisted in booking taxis and transfers. I can highly recommend Asia Charm tours to come through with the trickiest of tours. Mum and I certainly had the most memorable experiences both in Halong bay and Sapa.
