We booked with Asia Charm Tours a 4 day Hanoi-Sapa- Halong Bay – Hanoi trip. Everything was done through emails before our departure, the customer service was great.The Sapa part went all smooth, all the transports were on time. We enjoyed the Panorama Hotel in Sapa, especially the view and the hikes with the local guide. There was a little blip in The second part of our trip. Basically the driver forgot to pick us up from Hanoi. We were very worried and called the office after 2 hours we were in a private car heading towards Halong. We also got upgraded to a 5 star cruise and got a complimentary airport transfer to compensate for their mistake. The Halong Bay cruise was stunning, the food was amazing, especially the BBQ dinner in a cave, and the views were stunning. We did some kayaking, climbing, we visited a cave and a little beach.
The only criticism we have is that we felt like there was not enough time for all the activities..
All in all, we felt very valued as customers, we had a lovely 4 days and for that a big thank you to all the staff involved. We would recommend Asia Charm Tours with confidence and we will definitely book again with them in the future.”
