“MEMORABLE 5 STAR SERVICE EXPERIANCE THROUGH HANOI / HALONG BAY / HO CHI”
Hmmmmm not sure where to start :), Found Asia Charm tours through Google search, and I’m glad that I found them.
First impression always last. When I e-mailed Asia Charm, Linda Vu replied me promptly. As it was a short holiday in Vietnam I requested a customized itinerary that would cater my needs. back and forth with loads of emails, we agreed on what we really wanted on our trip. All these done through e-mails including the payment and visa arrangements too.
2 Nights in Hanoi, 1 Night in a Cruise in Halong Bay and 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh city.
Linda gave my options of hotels ( I wanted 4 star ) as their preferred vendor, and when I checked on trip advisor reviews all those hotels that she gave me to choose had 5 star ratings. After carefully going through the reviews we choose what we wanted, and it was great. We landed in Hanoi Airport, and was presently surprised to see chaperone Li a Wha ( I call her Lia ) as the coordinator for my entire trip. Thanks Lia for the text messages and looking after us for a week 
As it was a total private trip, cars that were provided was very comfortable. Drivers were excellent too. Especially with so many motor cycles on the road.
Hanoi walking street food tour was great. The guide that were provided spoke excellent English and very knowledgeable too. Took us to interesting places to eat, where without him we may never want to keep a foot Thank you TIN for your excellent service in Hanoi.
Halong Bay cruise was great too. It rained in the evenings and in the morning, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. It was great to sleep in a Cabin with listening to waves hitting the boat. We had a great time in Halong Bay.
Tip – if you are flying to Ho Chi ( Saigon ) rather than going back to Hanoi, which is a 4 hour drive back, there is a smaller airport Cat Bi, Hiphong area which is about 90 minute drive from Halong bay. Its a new airport, clean and comfy for passengers too.
In Ho Chi Minh ( Saigon ) we thoroughly enjoyed our Chu Chi Tunnel tour and best was the Motor Bike Food tour. Thank you Roy ( our tour guide in Saigon ) excellent service and for the food you introduce to us. We now LOVE Vietnam condensed Milk Coffee
Overall the hotels, tour guides, cars, drivers, everything was fantastic. On time, this is one of the best Holidays we had in our life.
Few things to keep in mind. Hotel rooms, read the room description as the cheapest room may not be the best room. Most rooms are small. As I have seen some people complain on Trip Advisor about the room that been offered ( not by Asia Charm ).
If you are Westerner and need to cross the road, Think like a Vietnamese and Act like a Vietnamese, if not you will be road watching from the pavement
If I come back to Vietnam I have no doubt that I will use Asia Charm service again. I would recommend others too to check the Asia Charm Tours for their travel arrangements. Private tour maybe little bit more than shared tours but time and things we can do see will be priceless. Sometimes paying bit extra is fully worth the $$$ Mind you they are very flexible.
