Constantly looking for way to improve our service, we are very interested to know what you think of your trip.
I thought this trip was a good trip, the car was good, the pick up was good, tour guide very good. The tour was good. If I’m honest the first day was really only a half day 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, so it was a bit short when we thought it was going to be whole day and the trip through the park could have been self guided, but it was a nice start. The meals were good, basic, but appetizing. My only thing was that I thought the meals were going to be at the hotel, so I think that should be made clearer in the future. They were a basic level of catering, fine for us, but some client’s might have had higher expectations when the tour was described as luxury. The second and third days were good and we got to see a lot of the landscape. It was a bit worrying when we didn’t have any train tickets etc for this tour, but the arrangements were made very smoothly including the extra transfer to the airport on the last day when we got back to Hanoi.
For your Halong Bay tour – really good – we did get an upgrade to the AUCO boat – this was a lovely boat, can’t really fault it. The food and service was excellent.
