In the one-day bazaar, artists from the Black Lo Lo, Coined and Red Dao, Nung, White and Flower Mong ethnic minority groups will their present art and culture in the northern province of Cao Bang.

For most of the participants, it is the first time they have ever left their hometowns and travelled more than 1,500km to HCM City. They will share their music, dances and stories from ethnic groups in remote mountain areas.

Visitors can discover in depth the culture of the northern ethnic minorities and support a good cause, as the artisans demonstrate the diverse steps of production, including spinning, weaving, hand-embroidering and creating patterns with beeswax.

A photo collection will be showcased to reveal the beauty of the landscape and people.

The bazaar is seeking funding to build a new community house for the Flower Mong Ethnic Woman’s group in Bao Lam District.

It will be open from 9.30am to 4pm at the Renaissance Riverside Hotel in District 1.
